Joe Mixon is a professional American football player who currently plays as a running back for the Cincinnati Bengals of the National Football League (NFL).

Mixon was born in Oakley, California in 1996 and grew up playing football in high school.

He was highly rated as a recruit and went on to play college football at the University of Oklahoma.

In 2017, Mixon was selected in the second round of the NFL draft by the Cincinnati Bengals.

Since then, he has established himself as one of the top running backs in the league, earning recognition for his speed, agility, and power.

In his first four seasons in the NFL, Mixon has rushed for over 4,000 yards and scored 26 touchdowns, making him one of the most productive running backs in the league.

Off the field, Mixon has faced some controversies, including an incident from his college days where he punched a woman and was charged with assault.

Although he has publicly apologized for his actions, the incident has drawn criticism and sparked debates about violence and player conduct in the NFL.

Despite these controversies, Mixon remains a valuable player for the Cincinnati Bengals.

He has shown a strong commitment to improving both on and off the field, and has become a role model for many young athletes.
