She was seized although jogging early on Friday morning nearby the University of Memphis campus.
Cleotha Abston - a 38-year-old man with a preceding certainty for abduction - has been charged with abducting and killing Ms Fletcher.
Her family expressed an announcement after the analysis of her body, tag they were "broken heart and destroyed".
"Liza was such a delight to so many.Anybody who appreciated her," they said.

Ms Fletcher performs as a junior kindergarten teacher at St Mary's Episcopal School rather than for the family institution.

CCTV clips display a man moving closer to her and getting into a physical dispute, making Ms Fletcher into a black SUV, according to police paper.
