D.J. Moore is an American football player who currently plays as a wide receiver for the Carolina Panthers of the National Football League (NFL). 

Moore was born on April 14, 1997, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and played college football at the University of Maryland.

Moore was selected by the Carolina Panthers in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft, 24th overall. 

He quickly made an impact in his rookie year, finishing with 788 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

In his second year in the league, Moore continued to impress, recording over 1,000 receiving yards and four touchdowns. 

He was named to the Pro Football Writers of America's All-NFL Team and was also voted the Panthers' Most Valuable Player.
